60-Minute Session
A guided yoga session focused on helping you move with more ease, release tension, and reconnect with your body.
Sessions may include Hatha or Vinyasa-style yoga, with the pace, structure, and intensity adjusted in real-time, based on what your body needs on that given day.
Sessions can be gentle and grounding to more active and strength-focused.
$40 per person

75-Minute Session
An extended session for those who want more time, focus, or support when your body or nervous system needs it.
This session includes 60 minutes of guided yoga, followed by 15 minutes dedicated to an add-on of your choice—such as meditation, extended breathwork, or focused support on a specific pose or area of the body—all adapted in real time to what you need that day.
$50 per person

Private sessions for couples, friends, or small groups.
