Custom session can include Hatha or Vinyasa-style yoga, with the pace and structure adapted to your needs that day.

75-minute-private-custom-yoga-session

75-Minute Session

Includes an extra 15 minutes dedicated to meditation, extended breathwork, or support with a specific pose or concern.

$50 per person

Sessions can take place in your home, in my home, or via Zoom. Small group sessions also available.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and I know firsthand that no two bodies—or days—are the same. My approach is calm and adaptable, focused on supporting how you feel rather than asking you to fit into a predetermined routine.

As a busy mom, I know how hard it can be to commit to studio schedules or carve out time for yourself. That’s why I offer yoga that comes to you, adjusts to your needs, and supports your life.
